Case study

Verx ACO Website — A content-managed conversion platform

For Verx ACO

01

Challenge

Verx ACO needed a corporate website that could do more than describe the company. It needed to explain a broad applied-technology offer clearly, establish credible proof, support a fast-growing resource library and direct visitors toward the right next action.

The commercial journey also needed to distinguish immediate self-service purchases such as hosting, domains and business email from consultative enquiries for software, automation, integration and managed operations.

02

Context

The website serves as Verx ACO’s public company platform and must support several audiences: organisations evaluating services, visitors looking for practical resources, prospective project clients and customers ready to buy digital essentials online.

Company information, contact details, social destinations, storefront URLs, forms, acknowledgement messages and publishable content need controlled administration rather than repeated code changes.

03

Approach

The work began with the company’s approved positioning, capability architecture and brand system. Content was organised around visitor language—Services, Solutions, Hosting, Our Work, Resources and About Us—while the underlying CMS governance protects review, publication and evidence requirements.

The experience was designed around distinct conversion paths: buy a self-service product, make a general enquiry, start a project or use a resource. Reusable page sections allow the site to grow without turning every new page into a separate development exercise.

Implementation and review have been iterative. Navigation, contact forms, email acknowledgement, hosting conversion paths and deployment behaviour have each been tested as complete user journeys rather than isolated components.

04

Solution

Verx ACO built the platform with Next.js and Payload CMS, backed by PostgreSQL and a migration-led content model. Editors can manage public content, navigation, company settings, storefront destinations, social links, enquiries and acknowledgement messages through the administration interface.

The public experience combines composable page sections, governed work and resource publishing, responsive navigation, search metadata, reusable service and solution structures, and a dedicated hosting journey that links directly to the configured self-service storefront.

General enquiries and project enquiries share one contact destination with clear mode selection, visible submission feedback, administrative records and automatic acknowledgement email.

05

Outcome

The result is a working, deployable corporate platform with one controlled content source and clearer journeys from discovery to enquiry or self-service purchase. Website content and operational settings can evolve through the CMS while the public experience remains consistent.

The website is still being prepared for launch. Current work is focused on expanding project evidence and resources, completing the conversion audit and validating responsive presentation across the full site.
